The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the Stephansplatz and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Our room had a small kitchenette unit, perfect for preparing quick meals, and a well-furnished lounge area with a TV. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The view from our room was nice, overlooking the city streets.

The main street outside the hotel could be noisy at times, especially during the night.

A charming stay at Theaterhotel & Suites Wien. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, especially Peter, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The senior suite was incredibly spacious and provided a cozy haven after a long day of exploring. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of a beautiful and vibrant street, with easy access to all the major attractions. Plus, there were plenty of dining options and shops nearby. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Theaterhotel Wien, we experienced exceptional customer service. The staff at reception were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and at home. We loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of our room, which was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, as it was close to the main Christmas market and major attractions like the Hofburg and museums. Being situated in a traditional neighborhood made us feel like locals. And to top it off, we even had access to a pool table near the lobby.

The warm temperature in our room, despite trying to adjust it. We had to resort to leaving the window open to cool it down.

The fully functional kitchenette was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals whenever we wanted. This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, the location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of central Vienna and there was a tram stop right outside the door. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit attractions like the museum quartier. Second, the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to provide directions around the city and even arranged day trips to Budapest and Salzburg for us. Lastly, the facilities at this place were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, the beds were comfortable, and there were amenities like a fitness centre and billiard tables available for use.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's so easy to get around with the tram #2 just outside the hotel, and it takes you right into the city center. Plus, it's within walking distance to the historical center and some of the Christmas markets. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, although some items could have been fresher. it's a great hotel with excellent amenities and a convenient location.
