Our stay was made enjoyable by the location of the hotel, which was ideal for exploring the surroundings. the breakfast offered was great and the spa facilities provided an ample opportunity to relax.

We were disappointed by the size of the room, which was much smaller than anticipated. the lack of staff at the restaurant resulted in longer wait times during dinner service.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was very convenient, right in the center of town. The staff provided excellent service, offering room service, laundry services, and even an airport shuttle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like an ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a spa & wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking advantage of the beauty treatments offered. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to family and friends.

There were no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. It is a fantastic place to stay with all the amenities and services you could want.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to both the city centre and the ski lifts, allowing easy access to both activities. The rooms are comfortable and have floor heating in the bathrooms. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and offers a variety of options. The spa facilities are outstanding, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.

Our second time at this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. The lobby, furniture, lighting, and ornaments all complemented the hotel's decor. The rooms and bathrooms were always well kept. The food was excellent, with a lovely presentation at dinner and a wide variety of choices for breakfast. The dining room staff were very courteous and helpful, with Simone the supervisor displaying great attention to detail. All the facilities in the hotel were fine, including the well-maintained swimming pool and the gem of a spa area. The location was great, with the hotel being close to the Thermal Baths and Sky Slopes.

The hotel had clean rooms and great facilities including a spa, pool, and sauna. It was conveniently located in central Bad Hofgastein, close to the slopes and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
