The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything you may need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. The staff are friendly and always eager to please. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner offer a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel offers a summer card with discounted offers and free tickets to local attractions.

One minor issue was the fluctuating water temperature in the large shower.

Lovely spa area with a pool and jacuzzi that offered a relaxing retreat after a day of snowboarding. The hotel's decor perfectly captured the essence of the Austrian alps. The food served, both at breakfast and dinner, was delicious and always exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated.
