During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home. the wellness facilities, particularly the hot pool, were amazing. We enjoyed starting our days with a rich breakfast and ending them with carefully prepared dinners. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering beautiful views of the Alps and convenient access to nearby attractions.

The food at times can be too rich, which led us to take a break from it for a couple of nights. The lack of English-speaking TV channels was also a disappointment, leaving us with limited entertainment options on days with bad weather.

Great location and easy to find. the breakfast could not have been any better, it was so filling! the rooms were modern and clean. They offered a nice welcome package with complimentary drinks and snacks. the hotel is located in a great part of town, close to shopping and dining.

The staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and seemed almost robotic. There was not much space in the room to move around.
