We had an amazing romantic escape in the heart of this beautiful city. the hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. We loved how close it was to the metro station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. the size of our room was impressive, and it was spotlessly clean, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

There was a minor issue with the air conditioning controls not functioning correctly, but opening the window during the night solved this problem. Although the lounge and reception area had noisy air conditioning, it didn't affect our overall enjoyment as we found the ambiance and temperature of the hotel to be fine.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient with welcoming staff. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor with a magnificent reception area and stylish furnishings. The room was fantastic, with a split level mezzanine floor, walk-in wardrobe, and two balconies. The rooftop offered stunning views of the city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities, including bathrobes and tea/coffee facilities, added a nice touch. The hotel also had a fitness suite and a buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel's limo service to the airport was perfect, and the driver was friendly. our stay at Hotel De France Wien was truly memorable, and we would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at De France. The split level mezzanine floor in my suite was fantastic with two balconies and access to the rooftop, which had beautiful views of the city. Also loved the breakfast buffet and convenient access to the subway. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hotel de France Wien for several years. This year, I got a free upgrade to a two-floor suite and loved the internal staircase. Convenient location near City Center, safe for walking at night, and friendly staff. Don't miss the free breakfast. You can't go wrong here.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and nearby tourist attractions. You can hop on a tram or underground just a few steps away from the hotel. It's also easily accessible by foot with many attractions within walking distance. Breakfast is fantastic and there are friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Heating in the room didn't work.

the elegant and cozy room provided us with a comfortable night's sleep. the private facilities were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. the location advantages were outstanding, with numerous attractions and transport options nearby.

The only minor issue we experience was.

We had an amazing city trip and a great stay. the breakfast was delicious and included in our rate which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see. We were never too far away from anything and could easily walk or take public transport. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful which contributed to our enjoyable experience.

The only downsides were that the shower temperature fluctuated a lot which could be a little uncomfortable at times. the mattress cover made the bed feel too warm which affected our sleeping experience.
