I loved the unique and vibrant decoration throughout the hotel, especially the colorful cow figures at the entrance. The Mozart theme in the rooms added a special touch to the experience. The breakfast was decent, with the Gugelhubf being a standout. The location near the train station was also excellent. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Salzburg.

We loved staying here because of its great location near the train station, making it very convenient for those travelling by train. The staff, especially at reception, were incredibly helpful with everything, from assisting with the snow shuttle to recommending local attractions. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and tea/coffee facilities, and the flat-screen TV had a great selection of channels. The free Wi-Fi was also a great addition and made planning our day so much easier.

We would definitely recommend staying at this venue to anyone travelling to this city.

Additionally, the hotel provides facilities such as a fridge, safe, and TV with English-speaking channels.

Everything was fantastic.

Breakfast was satisfying and had a lot of choices. the location is fantastic, as it was near a lot of tourist spots and restaurants. the view outside the window was stunning.

The bed was uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. the room was noisy, and outside noise can be easily heard even with the windows closed.

I was amazed by the warm and friendly welcome I received at check-in. The night porter was not only highly skilled but also had a great sense of humor, making me feel instantly at ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and there was even free parking available. The comprehensive and regional breakfast buffet was a highlight, although I missed having fried eggs. I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
