Our check-in experience at Do&Co Hotel was incredibly fast and efficient, with the keys to our rooms in our hands within minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily room service, which kept our rooms clean and tidy throughout our stay. And the daily chocolates left as a special treat were a delightful surprise.

Amazing view of St Stephanplatz cathedral square. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and modern shower. Thoughtful touches like complimentary water and petit fours. Provided umbrella and helpful staff. Great location for walking to attractions. Lovely experience at nachsmarkt market on Saturdays. Beautiful buildings and great coffee in Vienna

Best location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access main sights and transport links. Super convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Friendly and efficient staff: Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They were always ready to assist and help with any requests or issues that we had.Fantastic view: The hotel bar offered a fantastic view. We enjoyed sipping our drinks while taking in the breathtaking scenery around us.

Billing issues: The hotel had a policy of charging the first night as a guarantee, which took an entire month to be returned. when we made a simple name change in our reservation, they charged us a second time, even though our reservation had free cancellation.

The hotel lacks a few amenities that would enhance the overall experience, such as a Nespresso machine or tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

Loved the central location, just steps away from the main attractions. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a full bar and a spacious bathroom. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special, offering us a complimentary breakfast and a surprise birthday treat for my partner. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel bar.

There were a few maintenance issues in our room, with a few bulbs not working and some stains on the cushion.

Unbelievable location with jaw-dropping views of the famous cathedral. Super close to the subway and right on the bustling main street. Mind-blowing room design and top-notch quality. The luxurious amenities in this hotel were amazing! the room's interior design was elegant and modern, with a beautiful view of the city. the spa and wellness center offered a variety of high-quality treatments. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, and the restaurant was top-notch. the location was perfect, right in the city center and close to major attractions.

The only minor issue was the slow service at the snack bar. We had to wait a bit longer than expected for our order, but the staff was friendly and apologetic.
