The location of this hotel is amazing, nestled in the mountains and right on the banks of Hallstatt lake. It is very close to all major tourist attractions and just a stone's throw away from the bus stop which takes you to the main town in Hallstatt. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a swimming pool and fitness center for guests to enjoy.

The hotel lacks some small details that could improve the overall experience. It would be nice if the rooms were equipped with extra towels for the pool, bathrobes, body lotion, etc.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this place! The location is truly incredible, nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by majestic mountains. The view of the lake, especially during sunset, is absolutely breathtaking. It's the perfect setting for a relaxing and tranquil getaway.

Had a nice Thanksgiving vacation, there were two complementary surprises: we received a delicious pumpkin pie and an adorable turkey decoration. Beautiful mountain views and a lake where you can do paddle boating. the location is cool, just a few minutes away is the train station which helped us move around easily.

That our room was quite dusty, and there was only one pan so we couldn't make pancakes for breakfast. the resort fee was quite high and wasn't really worth it considering the lack of services.

The chalet in the middle of the mountain provided an amazing experience. Late check-in was easy with prepared keys and instructions. The location offered breathtaking views and comfortable beds. The lobby store was convenient for buying snacks and necessities. Walking to Hallstatt was an enjoyable excursion or taking the bus that stops right in front of the hotel.

Felt right at home, no complaints.
