We loved the location of this hotel, right near the beautiful waterfall. The views from our room were absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and the chandeliers in the dining room and lobby bar added a touch of elegance. The breakfast coffee served under the chandeliers was a delightful start to the day. The thermal pool and saunas downstairs were a fantastic addition and included in the price. We couldn't believe the value we got for the price we paid. a wonderful experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Salzburg that was right in the center of the village. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a medieval castle with stunning views. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a beautiful spa area where I could relax and unwind after a long day.

The internet connection was slow and unreliable.

The lack of soundproofing in the hallways, which could lead to some noise disturbances at night. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives this hotel had to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience.
