The food was generally excellent, and the staff incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel was great, being within walking distance of the lifts and the town. The fact that the hotel had its own sauna was a bonus, and the included access to the spa at the sister hotel was amazing.

There were some minor issues with the hotel. The catering for specific dietary requirements could have been better, leaving limited dinner options.

The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was far from the town centre and the main lifts, making it inconvenient to access the mountain. The reception was always empty and the spa facilities were only available before 3:30 PM, which was too early for skiing.
