Stayed here for the weekend with my friend. the rooms are quite large and clean with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of freshly cooked eggs, bacon, and bread. the location is convenient, with a subway and tram station nearby, and a grocery store right across the street which is very convenient.

The noise during the night was unbearable at times, as the hotel is located on a very busy street and the windows are not soundproof at all. We had to use earplugs and it still didn't help much.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are equipped with new furniture and the beds are very comfortable. I particularly liked the class enclosed shower in the bathroom. The location is perfect, as it is situated in a renovated industrial factory with brick thick walls, giving it a unique charm. It is also conveniently located near the underground, allowing for easy access to all the main highlights of the city. The breakfast served here includes a good espresso and is included in the price.

No negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

I had a great stay at the conveniently located Fabrik. The hotel is situated right on the tram line, making it easy to explore Vienna. The 1st floor room I stayed in had a lovely view of the courtyard and was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and a modern open design shower. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide range of fresh fruits, breads, and hot food cooked to order. The hotel also provided helpful recommendations for dining options when the on-site restaurant was closed. Getting around Vienna was a breeze thanks to the nearby public transport stops. I highly recommend Fabrik for a pleasant and convenient stay in Vienna.
