I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a big, pleasant bathroom. The staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was perfect, right on the lively Mariahilfer Strasse, where I could shop and eat to my heart's content. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to get to the city's attractions.

I also appreciated the extra effort put into the breakfast, with fresh basil leaves on the mozzarella slices and nuts on the brie. The variety of vegan spreads available was also a nice touch. The Neubaugasse metro station is also very close, just a short 2-stop ride away, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The Wi-Fi in the hotel was unreliable and only available in the living room by the reception.

The hotel had a great location, being very close to a metro station and several bus routes. This made it easy for us to explore the city during our stay. the breakfast spread at the hotel was good, with a varied choice of fruit, cheese, cold meat, bread. We were particularly thrilled to be able to choose Assam tea among the options. the office staff were very helpful and booked a variety of tours for us, which all started directly from the hotel.

The rooms at the hotel were quite small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to stay in. the heavy curtains in the room were in need of a wash, which was a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness.
