Our stay at Gasser Apartments - Apartments Karlskirche was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony terrace. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, spending time with us to provide recommendations and maps.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a few complementary espresso capsules, especially when the shops were closed upon our arrival and the following day.

The owner, Thomas, was the kindest and most accommodating person I have ever met. He spent time showing me maps, discussing city sights, and even gave me tips on using public transportation. One of the drawbacks was the lack of towels provided. We had to request additional towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

We were provided with a local mobile phone, although we didn't use it. we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
