We had a fantastic time during our Easter stay in Tyrol. the hotel was in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful nature and with amazing views of the city. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued. the room and the rest of the hotel were spotlessly clean, which was definitely a big plus for us.

One minor downside was the type of blankets used on the beds, which were not to our personal preference. However, this can be subjective and should not be seen as a major complaint.

Dinner exceeded expectations, marvelous surroundings, attentive staff, clean room and bathroom.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. The delicious barbecue dinner organized during my stay was a delightful surprise. I also appreciated the warm welcome from Sister Barbara after a long day of travel. The hotel's email wishing us a good journey beforehand was a thoughtful touch. I can't wait to come back next year!

Our cozy room was well-equipped and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided exceptional service, catering to our every need. The delicious breakfast, complete with fresh juice and eggs, fueled our daily adventures. Plus, there was a playroom for the kids and a safe locker for our bikes.

The hotel's restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, leaving us without dinner options on those days.
