We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff at Grand Hotel Europa - Since 1869 were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had secure luggage storage and good wifi. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including made-to-order items, breads, cakes, cheese, cold cuts. We especially loved the selection of cakes and pastries. The hotel's proximity to the city center and transportation stations was a big plus. We also appreciated the free ski bus that stops right outside the hotel. it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Innsbruck. The location of the hotel was great, right across from the main train station. The staff were friendly, supportive, and welcoming. We especially wanted to mention the exceptional service provided by the Team Leader lady who worked during the morning shift. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and was a very active listener to our feedback. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Austria. the hotel was immaculate and tastefully done up.

Spacious, quiet room. Recently refurbished with comfortable mattress and large, efficient shower. Ample and varied breakfast. Convenient location near train station with easy access to attractions.

Christmas decorations were beautiful and event was well-organized. Santas throughout the hotel on Christmas day were really adorable. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to all the Christmas markets and main attractions.

Staff seemed uninterested and not very accommodating. the room was not clean, and toiletries were missing.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel, the location was perfect, central and close to the railway station. The breakfast had a good selection of different foods, including a variety of teas, fresh fruit salad, cereals and eggs. The room was spacious and comfortable bed with luxurious amenities. Also, the service was excellent; the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

There was one minor issue in our room which was the bathroom sink it had a little problem with the drainage. But, as soon as we informed the hotel reception, they sent the maintenance staff right away to fix it.

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was very convenient for exploring the town or going skiing. we loved the spacious room with a walk-in wardrobe and the delicious breakfast with friendly waitresses. the feather pillows on the beds were a lovely touch that made our stay extra comfortable.

One of the cardio machines in the exercise facility was out of order.
