The location of the hotel was great, as it was inside a small shopping center and near the train station. Once I checked in, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The elevators were also really cool.

We loved staying at this place as it was located at a suburban shopping mall that gets empty at nights apart from a food court which is perfect for quick bites. The hotel is only at few meters from U-& S-bahn station and its location in a mall with a huge food court was a plus. Moreover, the service provided at this venue was outstanding, as they offer several facilities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service. The laundry room on the 7th floor was also very handy for us. The room amenities were excellent, and we especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a great New Year's at this hotel. the breakfast provided was tasty and offered a good variety. the shopping mall downstairs made it convenient for us to grab food and other necessities. the location close to the subway and tram stops made it easy to get around and explore the city.

we were unaware that the hotel did not offer any meals or room service, which felt inconvenient at times.
