We loved the central location and the convenient transportation options, with the CAT train and underground terminal just across the road. Being close to the shopping mall and StadtPark was also a plus. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving a booking error and even upgrading us to a room with a panoramic city view. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all necessary facilities, including a kettle. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was no waiting in the morning, thanks to the six available lifts.

Great location, easy walk to old city, subway, and airport train station. Beautiful food at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice lobby, bar, and restaurant with contemporary art deco style.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Vienna for a few days. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the old town. The bed in my room was comfortable and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The staff were really helpful and there was even a rental car agency with discounted prices for guests. They also had cars available in the garage which made it easy for us to visit the Parndorf outlet center. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, Sparks, where we were served delicious food with warm service.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Vienna Park! Despite ongoing reconstruction, it didn't affect our experience. The breakfast in the main dining room was superb and we loved using the relocated executive lounge. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Our 2-year-old enjoyed the Easter decorations and activities. The hotel's location is perfect, close to metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. We'll definitely be back!

I was really impressed with the quick and efficient response from the staff when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. They arrived within minutes to help me and were so friendly and professional. The room was also very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the perfect location at Wienna Mitte with direct access to the metro station. It made it easy for us to explore the city and travel to the bus terminal and airport. The hotel was also just a 5-minute walk from St. Stephan Cathedral, which was a great bonus. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The check, in process was slow and we had to wait a long time for our room to be ready. the room we were given did not have the view we had requested and paid for.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 2 nights around Christmas. The location was superb. It was directly opposite a train station with a direct train to the airport, which made traveling so convenient. Additionally, the hotel was only 900 m away from the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, particularly Mr. Aaron at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. the hotel provided excellent transportation options and a great location for exploring this city.
