Conveniently located near the train station. Upgraded room had amazing views of New Year's Eve fireworks. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast served with helpful tips for sightseeing. Spacious rooms with unique decor and high-quality amenities.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious family suite with high-quality furniture, a jacuzzi, and even a Nespresso machine. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome, and the hotel's close proximity to the train station was convenient for our day trips to Salzburg and Halstatt. The breakfast spread offered more options than average, and the dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve from our room.

The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during the peak of summer.

The hotel location was great! It was close to public transport and easy to get around the city. the decoration style was very unique and interesting. the bathroom was amazing with a wall full of shower sprays, and the breakfast was delicious.

I asked for early check-in several days before my arrival, but upon my arrival, they denied it and made me wait for hours. the staff had poor communication skills and could not understand basic English.

We were even lucky enough to have a room with a jacuzzi! The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious dinner at a reasonable price. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our visit.

I would highly recommend this luxurious hotel to all my friends.
