Despite not being big ski fans, we loved the snowy surroundings and had a breathtaking experience sledding down from Bichlalm. The hotel is conveniently located near the slopes of the Tux Glacier, just a short distance from the bus stop where a free shuttle bus can bring you to the main gondola. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy the large sauna and well-maintained pools, both indoor and outdoor, perfect for relaxation after a day of hiking or skiing.

I did find that the pillows in the rooms were too soft for my liking.

We missed having more modern facilities such as large windows and a fridge. the towels were a bit small and rough.
