A delightful surprise

I stayed at a lovely hotel for 3 nights during the Kart Trophy and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the hotelier. Despite the inconvenience of missing luggage, the hotelier went above and beyond to assist us, offering to wash clothes for those who only had the clothes they arrived in. The smaller room I had was still spacious enough with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The hotel also had a wellness area that I unfortunately didn't have time to use, but it looked inviting. The buffet-style breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, from yogurts and cereals to eggs and pastries. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to the new ski lift being built and just a short walk into town. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the delicious food offered, and I must say their breakfast had an excellent choice. The hotel's location was perfect as it was conveniently located near the slopes, which saved a lot of time for me. , the staff was friendly and very helpful, making my stay more comfortable.

Although the room was quite spacious, it lacked proper lighting and made the room look dull sometimes. the noise from next door was a bit problematic, and it would have been great if the hotel could have soundproofed the rooms.

The service provided here is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome drink and a warm smile, which immediately made me feel at home. The room amenities were superb, with a cozy carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV for some entertainment.

This venue is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend it to my friends.

Friendly service, good breakfast, well-appointed room, excellent bathroom. Convenient location for ski lifts, yet peaceful setting. Impressive spa facilities and efficient ski storage room. Sorry about the accidental brush mishap while clearing snow from the car.
