The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and beautiful green areas nearby. One of the best aspects of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff, who provided us with a map and gave us recommendations on places to visit.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. The room was sweltering hot and there was no air conditioning.

The room was spacious and even had an extra bed for our child included. The hotel had elevators and a rooftop panorama deck, offering great views of the city. There were fantastic restaurants and an amazing antique store nearby.

Not obvious to find.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and the location was great! It was so easy to walk everywhere and the staff was friendly. the bathroom was clean and the towels were fresh. They also offered complementary toiletries and a hairdryer. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

The room was uncomfortably hot and it was impossible to cool it down. the heating system seemed to be on full blast and even with the windows open, it was still too warm to sleep comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel & Palais Strudlhof. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. the rooms exceeded our expectations in terms of size and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from both of our rooms. Despite being located near the city center, the hotel was remarkably quiet. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, just as many previous guests had mentioned. the optimal location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and fabulous staff make us eager to return to this hotel on our next trip to the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was quite nice, although not in "walking distance" of the inner city, it was safe to walk around with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was very nice and the service was top-notch. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient. They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
