the newly renovated rooms were fantastic, exceeding our expectations. the staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food options at the buffet nights were plentiful and delicious.

We spent a wonderful Easter holiday at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. the breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious options such as fresh fruits, different types of cheese, and pastries that were to die for. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the bus station, making it very easy to get to the slopes. We also enjoyed borrowing toboggans from the hotel and having some sledding fun nearby.

Although it wasn't a major issue for us, we found the heating system a bit inconvenient since we couldn't set it up in our room. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and did their best to adjust the temperature to make us feel comfortable.
