The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the main gondola and right in the center of town. Guests can easily walk to the nearby bakery for a quick breakfast or grab a snack. The rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are well-equipped, with large shower cubicles and some even have radios that come on with the lights. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Breakfasts are delicious, with a great buffet selection to satisfy different tastes.

The hotel was recently refurbished, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts. the proximity to the ski lift and ski hire shop was very convenient, and the ski/boot room was spacious. the breakfast had a great variety of options and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The noise from the nightclub in the basement was disturbing and prevented us from sleeping soundly.
