Great food! Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Helpful and nice staff. Big and comfortable room. Underground parking available. Underground tunnel between buildings but not connected to parking.

What a wonderful Easter we had at this hotel! the food was simply amazing; we absolutely loved the variety that was offered at every meal. the location was perfect too, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. the ski bus stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient. the heated locker for our skis at the cable car was a big plus as well!

One downside to our stay was that some of the staff were not very friendly and welcoming. the room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could have benefited from some renovation.

The value for money at Hotel Berghof was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had good heating. The location was great, within walking distance to the gondola, and there was a bus stop right across the street. The staff treated us amazingly well, greeting us at check-in and offering help with our luggage.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The hotel is ideally situated near the town center and there is a free ski bus stop just across the road, making it convenient to reach the main lifts. the hotel is located in the peaceful end of the main street, providing a quiet atmosphere away from the bustling bars.

Some staff members were described as stand-offish, and there were some unnecessary inconveniences such as having to go to reception to collect a bathrobe and pay a deposit. The bathrobe also had to be returned to reception to get the deposit back.

The location was perfect for a day on the slopes, with the ski bus stop just across the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The spacious and comfortable room had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and sitting area. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, taking in the stunning views. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a relaxing massage. The live entertainment in the evenings added a fun and lively atmosphere to the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a suite, which was newly refurbished and absolutely stunning. The private sauna in the suite was a luxurious addition and provided a relaxing escape after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with the gondola only a short walk away or a quick bus ride from the nearby stop.

Although the wi-fi coverage was not the best, the overall stay was excellent and more than made up for it. The absence of a mini bar was a minor inconvenience, but it did not significantly impact my stay.
