The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the option of either mountain or lake views. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of purchasing the Achensee card at the reception, allowing for easy access to various attractions and transportation options.

The sauna and fitness room instructions were only available in German, which made it difficult for non-German-speaking guests to understand.

The room we stayed in at Hotel Bergland was spotless and had beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, including a vegetarian option. All aspects of the hotel were great.

The view from the room was great, and we were conveniently located close to the cable car and lake. the breakfast and dinner were generally good with a decent selection. It was useful to have a guest card for free travel around the area.

The hotel was very overcrowded and noisy during the Christmas period, with a constant stream of people and children running around. the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly or helpful.
