The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Big and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for skiing and sightseeing. Outstanding spa and pool facility. Wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Plenty of parking space. Easy access to ski lifts and AquaDom.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The food was exceptional, with a variety of options every day. The location was convenient, close to the bus stop for easy transportation. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any issues. The atmosphere throughout the week was friendly and welcoming. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station, making it easy to access the ski lifts and skiing area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and ample cupboard space. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The pool, spa, and sauna facilities are top-notch, providing a relaxing experience after a day on the slopes.

The lack of soundproofing in the annex building can be a bit disruptive, as noise from neighboring apartments can be heard.

I had a fabulous stay at Bergwelt in Langenfeld. the hotel was easy to find and had modern rooms with balconies offering lovely views. the hotel restaurant served delicious food, and I loved the fact that access to Aqua Dome was included in the price. the Otztal card provided free buses and cable cars, making it convenient to explore the mountains. Bergwelt provided an excellent experience with its comfortable rooms, great amenities, and convenient location.

Had a great Christmas experience! Loved the cozy feel of the hotel and the delicious food! the indoor pool and sauna were amazing after a long day out in the snow. the location right by the ski slopes was incredibly convenient and the view from the room was breathtaking!

The noise from the road outside was quite loud and disturbed our sleep a few times. the bathroom in the room was a bit small and cramped.
