The location of Christina - Ihr Kleinstes 4* Hotel Am Achensee was absolutely breathtaking, with scenic views of the lake. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The freshly made omelettes served at breakfast were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a lovely terrace where we could sit and take in the beautiful views. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh local produce and delicious bread. We also appreciated the option of having torte or soup daily, such a nice touch!

We chose to spend our Easter at a hotel that was highly spoken of in the region and it did cohere to our expectations in terms of location and amenities. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a great variety of local products, including fresh bread. The balcony of our room afforded an amazing view of the surroundings, which was a great way to start our holiday. Lastly, the staff was helpful in giving advice concerning local activities.

We did have some problems with some of the hotel's policies. We found out at checkout that there was a separate local tax which we weren't informed about. Additionally, the information provided regarding complementary coffee and cake was misleading, forcing us to pay for it. we believe that the hotel needs to improve communication policies to ensure guests are well-informed.
