Breakfast had a good variety, including champagne. Friendly and generous staff. Helpful receptionist provided a kettle. Room had a fridge for snacks. Excellent location, short walk from the Ubahn and a street full of boutiques.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with a subway station just a stone's throw away. It was super convenient to hop on the subway and be in the very center of the city at Stephanplatz within just 30 minutes. Being so close to the subway made exploring the city a breeze.

There was one aspect of the hotel that wasn't quite up to par. The lack of hot drinks facilities in the room was a bit disappointing.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing us with a kettle for our room. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a charming pedestrian street nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The hotel even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna.
