The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to both the main lift and the town center. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

While the dinner options were good, I would have liked to see more variety in the menu. The room I stayed in was a bit small, especially considering the price of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from both the town centre and the gondola. We were able to easily explore the charming town and conveniently access the ski lifts. The sauna area was well-kept and provided a relaxing retreat after a day of outdoor activities. The room had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The artwork in the hotel could be more cohesive and less eclectic, as it seemed to clash with the traditional Austrian style.

Nothing not to love.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We especially loved the location of the hotel, which was walking distance to both the ski lift and the town center. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of high-quality foods.

The only other downside was that the decor in our room was a bit too modern for our taste, but this is purely a matter of personal preference. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Alps.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the center of town, but it's not a major issue.

The hotel provided excellent service and genuine hospitality. The location was convenient, with easy access to the railway, gondola, and the city center. The property was beautifully decorated and well maintained, both inside and out. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the optional dinner service was convenient. The staff were friendly and caring, creating a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the sauna and the views from the balconies.
