makes you feel at home. Klaus and Veronika are truly exceptional hosts, offering personalized recommendations and even joining you for a chat. Its location is ideal for skiing, but be prepared for an occasional hike back after dinner!

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Check-in included a lovely glass of red wine. Breakfast was excellent, and complimentary food between 4 pm and 6 pm was a wonderful bonus. The hotel is close to the Hahnenkamm ski lift and the town center, yet felt tranquil. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly making us feel welcome.

My experience was marred by an unhelpful staff member who misled me regarding taxi services, leading to unnecessary stress. I also found the beds rather hard, detracting from an otherwise spacious room. Unfortunately, my impression of the overall hospitality was negatively impacted by these incidents, especially given the hotel's unkempt communal areas that lacked the expected warmth.

the staff treated me like just another guest, not the VIP i clearly am! the sauna was only available in the afternoon, how inconvenient! Plus, the piped music was so loud everywhere, it ruined my relaxation. Absolutely ridiculous that I didn’t even receive a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, i almost wanted to leave a good review but just couldn’t!

Beautiful balcony views of mountains.

While the hotel had potential, my experience was frustrating. The sauna facilities weren't available in the morning, which would have been a perfect time for relaxation during hot summer afternoons. I also found the check-in process a bit disorganized, making the start of my stay feel less welcoming than I had anticipated.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfasts offered beautiful views and plenty of choices. The sauna was a lovely touch after a long day on the slopes.

The sauna hours could be more flexible for summer guests, as the afternoon heat wasn’t ideal for using it.
