Friendly staff, central location, nice terrace. Impeccable rooms, great breakfast, pet-friendly. Small but comfy room, 24h bar, close to public transport. Clean and nice room.

The noise from neighboring renovation work was unbearable, shaking our teeth, and the hotel failed to mention it. However, the hotel staff handled our disappointment professionally and the breakfast was a positive experience. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the city, as well as cozy restaurants and the opera house. It was also incredibly easy to get around with the tram being just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar, terrace, and in-room safe. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to the tramway station, making it a breeze to explore the city. It is also close to the city centre, allowing us to easily walk to various attractions. Additionally, there are several cosy restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of dining options during our stay.

The only downside we encountered was the lack of air conditioning in the hotel. On warm days, having to rely on an open window for ventilation could potentially result in some street noise disrupting our sleep.

Had a lovely time at this hotel during Christmas. The decoration was beautiful and there were festive activities available. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping street and public transportation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and delicious items.

That there was no air conditioning or fan, which made the room a bit stuffy. the walls were thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was audible.
