The hotel facilities were fantastic and well-maintained. the location was perfect, right by the lift and with easy access to the bus stop and shopping. Another advantage was the parking right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.

The mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable, which made for an unpleasant sleeping experience. Additionally, the dinner a la carte options were not as tasty as expected, lacking flavor and being a little bland.

The attention to detail for breakfast and dinner was impressive, with each table having our name on it. The pool at the top of the hotel was amazing, with both an inside and outside section. The water was warm and inviting. The staff, especially Bart, provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to accommodate our food preferences and even packed us breakfast bags for an early flight. The level of service was exceptional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we appreciated the friendly staff. the hotel is perfectly located near the ski lift and bus stop, making it extremely easy to get around. We enjoyed the convenience of parking right in front of the hotel and having a clean and quiet room during our romantic escape.
