I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, as it was right by the slopes and in the heart of all the action. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and had breathtaking views from the balcony. The spa and relaxation area were a true oasis, offering a variety of amenities like a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The food at the restaurant was simply outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

We had a negative experience with one of the staff members, who was uncooperative and rude. This was in stark contrast to the exemplary service we received at other establishments in the area.
