The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the different ski lifts and the ski bus stop. It is also near the center of town, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some of them recently refurbished and offering beautiful amenities such as wooden floors, underfloor heating, and fabulous showers.

The WiFi connection in the hotel is weak and it is difficult to get a connection, especially in the rooms.

We had a lovely stay at a charming hotel in Austria. The traditional Austrian styling of the hotel added to its charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and restaurants in Kirchberg, a beautiful town. The location was convenient, with easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and authentic Austrian experience.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, especially towards families with young kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice view, with big beds for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included, providing a great start to the day on the slopes.

The hotel was in a great location for skiing during Easter. the breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of meats, cheeses, and pastries.

The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the dinner options were sometimes hit or miss, with some dishes being better than others.
