The room was lovely and cosy, with a comfortable bed. We were delighted to find tea/coffee, a small bottle of champagne, sweets, and a fridge with complimentary soft drinks. The staff, particularly Christina, were helpful and informative. On my birthday, they surprised me with a special birthday breakfast table set up with a bottle of champagne. The breakfast fare was delicious, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast brought up to our room one morning.

They provided us with a map and gave detailed instructions on the best routes to take to the nearby museum quarter. They also gave us excellent advice on the most convenient public transport options for our various destinations. Despite a small hiccup with our initial room, they promptly moved us to a junior suite when we raised the issue. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, offering a wide variety of choices. The hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants, and the tram right outside the door made getting around the city a breeze. Contrary to some reviews, the tram noise was not an issue for us, and we were able to sleep peacefully. I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Kugel Wien for a wonderful stay in Vienna.

The location is fantastic, with the #49 tram right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. You can easily walk to all the attractions in the ring area and the Museum Quarter is close by. The room and bathroom were small but clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options.
