Large rooms with sitting area, balcony, and great view. Clean towels and bedding changed regularly. Good breakfast, replenished often. Excellent 4-course dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was warm, large, and very clean. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The lounge and bar areas had beautiful views of the castle and mountains. In the restaurant, everything was very clean and the food was first-class. The meals were well presented, perfectly cooked, and had a great variety. The hotel also had a sauna and the staff provided excellent service. The view from the balcony was also amazing.

Some areas of the hotel appeared to be a bit worn out.

Lovely Xmas break at a hotel with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were to a high standard, with large picture windows overlooking the castle. The lounge and bar area were very pleasant, providing a relaxing space to enjoy a drink in the evenings.

The town was not as lively as we were hoping, limiting our activities in the area. Additionally, the room was slightly cold during our stay, but a provided electric heater solved the issue.
