We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Ischgl. The reception area was modern and inviting, with a cozy bar nearby. The staff were friendly and professional, and the owners, Hugo and his wife Sabrina, were extremely helpful guides for exploring the area. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes from the city center and a short walk to the cable lift for easy access to the slopes. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a fantastic view. We were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfasts were amazing, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the river and distant mountains. The staff made us feel welcome and took care of us throughout our stay. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom layout, our experience at the hotel was absolutely superb. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Ischgl.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the major attractions in the area. It offers a great view of the distant mountains and lush green surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing personalized service to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the hotel lobby has a cozy atmosphere.

It would be preferable if the hotel had a working bar, even when it is not crowded.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the warm welcome at the hotel and the cozy atmosphere. the view from the room was stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying winter sports. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the hot drinks were delicious.

the receptionist seemed uninterested in answering questions and providing information about local events and activities.
