Cozy Bavarian-themed decor. Greeted by friendly Eva. Large room, balcony with mountain view. Heated bathroom floors. Excellent food & warm service. Infrared room for nerve calming. Spacious, clean room with mountain view, bathtub. Great salad bar & breakfast variety. Relaxing spa area. Polite, English-speaking staff. Nice location, close to Ehrenberg Castle. Traditional German feel. Great food, clean rooms.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the German motorway start and away from the center of the town. The staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink and the room amenities were top-notch, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added an extra touch of comfort. The dining experience was excellent, with a delicious breakfast and a variety of options for special diets. The staff were attentive and the service was impeccable.

The hotel I stayed at during my business trip had a lovely Tyrolean-inspired decor. I loved the spacious and clean room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a good choice of menu and a delicious salad bar. The terrace with a view of the mountains was my favorite spot to relax with a drink after a long day. The bathroom was modern and huge, perfect for a relaxing bath.

The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the lack of a fridge and kettle in the room. However, the staff was very quick to provide ice and milk when requested, and a kettle was immediately provided upon asking.
