We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, with the ski slopes right in front of the hotel and the lift just a short walk away. The view from our room was breathtaking, making it the perfect place to wake up in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The hotel also offers a fabulous spa and wellness center, complete with a sauna, massage services, and a sun terrace. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Nevertheless, the location of the hotel is great, offering a spectacular view of the Gartnerkofel mountain from our spacious and well-furnished room. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner options provided a lot of variety. the spa facilities, including different sauna types and a relaxing room, were a great bonus.

The evening dinners could use some improvement in terms of taste and preparation.

Wonderful weekend in the mountains! the cozy room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the snow-covered slopes. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of jam and fresh carrot juice available. the location was perfect for skiing, with only a short walk to the lifts and slopes.

The bathroom had a strange layout, being in the middle of the room and with lights that could be seen from the bed area at night. It was a bit pricey, but that is to be expected for such a nice mountain location.
