It's easy to get into the city on public transport, with reliable connections just a short distance from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is in the centre of Vienna, close to great Heurigen restaurants and gardens where you can enjoy local wine and food. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with friendly staff who provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet is incredible, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, baked goods, cold cuts, and cheeses.

The rooms and decor could use a slight polish or upgrade.

Spent the Xmas holidays in a big cozy house in a charming location. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the fresh fruits. the staff was friendly, and the Christmas cookies were a nice touch. the bus and tram stop is nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We loved walking in the beautiful vineyards and enjoying the fresh air.

There weren't enough restaurant options nearby. the wifi connection was unreliable depending on your room location.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Vienna. The location in the 19th district was perfect for us, as it was far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, providing excellent hospitality and always being kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well organized, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the small terrace with balcony table and chairs, where we could enjoy the beautiful views and breathe in the calmness of the surroundings. The hotel's garden and inner courtyard were also delightful, with sunbeds and flowering oleanders. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional breakfast, offering a wide variety of food, including many local specialties and fresh fruits and vegetables. It was a feast for the senses, with vegan choices available as well. We also appreciated the fact that this hotel is pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our border collie along with us. It truly was a gem of a hotel, and we highly recommend it to everyone.
