Excellent lakeside deck with bar/food and sun deck. Central location with easy lake access. Substantial variety of breakfast options. Stunning views of the lake or mountains. Fantastic fair-headed female staff.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. It is situated near beautiful alpine meadows, providing guests with picturesque surroundings. the hotel offers the convenience of free buses that can take you around the resort, making it easy to explore the area. there is a nearby hill where paragliders can be seen taking off, adding to the sense of adventure and excitement.

One minor downside is that the breakfast table organization could be improved. Some guests mentioned that their assigned tables were not always clearly marked or recognized by the staff, leading to confusion and frustration.

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the nearby lake. It was just a short walk to the tourist information office and the cable car station, making it easy to explore various attractions. The service here was top-notch, with the staff on the reception desk always trying to help with every request. The room amenities were excellent, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a comfortable sitting area. The spa and wellness center was fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I also enjoyed the beauty treatments, such as body wraps and facials. I was truly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services offered at this hotel.

I spent my Xmas holidays in a gorgeous hotel located right in front of a beautiful lake. the food was top-notch, with an extensive salad buffet, hearty soups, and delicious main courses. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to provide recommendations for local activities. the hotel had a great indoor pool where I spent many relaxing afternoons.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made the nights a bit stuffy. the wait staff was sometimes slow to respond to requests in the dining room.

Great location, lake view, outstanding breakfasts, friendly staff, indoor & outdoor pools.
