The location of the hotel is perfect for those who love skiing as it is situated close to the ski areas in the Oetz valley. Guests particularly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the convenience of a supermarket nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The spa and pool area were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing experience after a day on the slopes. The food at the hotel was of high quality, with a wide range of delicious options including a cake buffet.

Some guests mentioned that the design and interior of the rooms could be more visually appealing, but this did not significantly impact their overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location at 2000 meters in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The fresh air and stunning views made it a truly magical experience. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, such as shops and commercial services, which was very convenient. I especially appreciated the laundry service and welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, the staff were very helpful in providing information about tours and tickets. the room amenities were great, including the ironing facilities, heating, and a cozy sitting area. I also loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful surroundings with the provided garden furniture. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

This hotel is perfect for families as well.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there was a gym on site. the rooms were tidy and came equipped with a coffee maker.

The drive up to the hotel was a bit treacherous and difficult for me to navigate, especially without snow chains. the hotel lacked certain amenities that I had hoped for in a business hotel, like a conference room.
