We stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right next to the slopes and with easy access to the ski area. It made our skiing trip so convenient and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. It was a real treat after a long day on the slopes. The room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the piste. We couldn't have asked for more.

As for cons, the only slight inconvenience was having to climb the hill at the end of the day. However, this would not be an issue for families as there is a paid shuttle service available.

The breakfast buffet at Hotel Residenz Hochalm was fantastic, with a wide selection including fresh waffles and eggs. The 5-course dinner was also delicious, and the afternoon soup with bread was a nice touch. The modern and tight design of the hotel creates a stylish atmosphere. The hotel rooms were relatively big and comfortable. The lounge, bar, and "Kamin Raum" provided a great space to relax and enjoy live football and good drinks.

I had an amazing weekend at a hotel in the Austrian mountains. the location was perfect as it was very close to the ski lifts and offered great access to the slopes! the hotel had a fantastic wellness area with a variety of saunas, solarium and infrared cabins. the food was delicious, with a wonderful breakfast buffet and also fantastic dinner choices. the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. One of the best aspects was the amazing views of the surrounding mountains, it was truly breathtaking.

The hotel didn't have a swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing. it was a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to reach if you wanted to go out for dinner or drinks.
