This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to all attractions. It is right near the street with all the shops, making it convenient for shopping. The staff is not very friendly as we needed to print boarding passes to save $400 and got shuffled from shift to shift. However, the service and friendliness of the hotel staff were just like the service of the staff. They accommodated my request for a room on the top floor.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends for its excellent location and the quality of services provided.

Had a great weekend in a central hotel, very close to the underground station and easy access to the city centre. The staff were super friendly and approachable, the breakfast was good and included tasty and varied options. We really enjoyed the complimentary bicycle rental which allowed us to explore the city in a fun and different way.

The room was a bit stuffy and could have benefited from air conditioning, especially during warmer months. the view from the window was not great, overlooking an unappealing building, but still acceptable.
