This hotel is a little lakeside gem! It is beautifully located on the lovely Wallersee, with its own private beach right on the lake. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the relaxing atmosphere adds to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast is delightful, especially when enjoyed from the lakeview terrace.

The hotel is conveniently located away from busy city life and right on the bike path, providing easy access to outdoor activities. The rooms have a television in a great position, right on the wall in front of the bed, and the hallway leading to the rooms smells nice. the staff is extremely attentive and offers complimentary drinks upon arrival.

The reception is only open until 7.30, which could be inconvenient for late check-ins or for guests needing assistance after that time.

The location was perfect as we had a private access to the lake which was a great plus. the room was spacious and comfortable which is important in a hotel. Another advantage was the onsite fitness room where we could work out and keep up with our daily routine.

The hotel lacked communication with guests as they didn’t provide clear after-hours check-in instructions, causing confusion and disappointment. the advertised view was blocked by construction and the pictures on the website were not accurate.
