The cozy atmosphere at Alpine Resort Sportalm made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The food served, both at dinner and breakfast, was excellent with a wide variety of options. The spacious suite I stayed in had a huge bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great food and amazing mountain views. The location was perfect for skiing and the hot tub was a nice addition to the spa facilities.

Our stay was marred by poor customer service. The staff seemed disinterested in helping us and were often rude. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned and we encountered multiple issues with the amenities. For the New Year's celebration, there was a lack of entertainment and the atmosphere felt flat. we were disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

Excellent location, ski-bus stop outside & 3 mins to ski lifts. Great food: fresh breakfast & varied dinner with salad & dessert bars. Renovated room, infrared shower. Pool & sauna facilities, albeit slightly outdated, were nice after skiing.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the ski lifts, making it easy for us to access the ski area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the housekeeping to the airport shuttle service. We were also impressed with the range of amenities offered, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. We even got to enjoy the stunning views from our terrace.
