We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere of this lovely hotel. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, showcasing the beauty of the surrounding area. The breakfast provided was simply wonderful, and the staff, especially the lady working at the breakfast buffet, were incredibly welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. we highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a cozy and charming retreat.

During the Xmas season, we stayed at a hotel in Tirol and we loved the fact that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect as it was close to mountain lifts and attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious food and the cozy rooms that made our stay very comfortable.

We were disappointed by the steep driveway to the hotel which could be dangerous when there is snow or ice. the bathroom liquid soap was not refilled on time, and it was challenging to get to the hotel from the ski area due to the steep ramp.

The hotel is nestled in a stunning mountain location, offering breathtaking views that are worth every penny. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. The rooms are meticulously clean, a true testament to the hotel's attention to detail.
