Had a decent easter weekend here; good value for the money. Enjoyed the pool which was clean and spacious. Location was great with bus and facilities nearby. Free parking was also a plus.

Sadly, the food was just appalling; definitely poor quality and below standard. The service unfortunately was quite slow and lacked attention to detail; overall staff no very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops that took us to all the tourist attractions. We were also thrilled that it was close to the ski slopes in the village, making it convenient for us to indulge in our favorite winter sport. The service here was top-notch, with room service always prompt and attentive. The housekeeping staff kept our room pristine and the laundry service was a great convenience. The airport shuttle service was efficient and made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The staff, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff, were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and activities, such as a spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services, making it perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
