I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the Museum complex and the city center. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities and exceptionally comfortable pillows. The outside patio was a nice addition, providing a pleasant place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, with warm dishes made to order, and the friendly atmosphere made for a great start to the day.

Parking availability and policy could be improved.

The room was very comfortable and really clean. The bed was big and cozy, providing a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the large, attractively renovated bathroom with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was abundant and of high quality. The hotel's location just outside the historic city gate was perfect for exploring the picturesque town of Krems. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
