I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the Museum complex and the city center. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities and exceptionally comfortable pillows. The outside patio was a nice addition, providing a pleasant place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, with warm dishes made to order, and the friendly atmosphere made for a great start to the day.

Parking availability and policy could be improved.

The room was very comfortable and really clean. The bed was big and cozy, providing a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the large, attractively renovated bathroom with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was abundant and of high quality. The hotel's location just outside the historic city gate was perfect for exploring the picturesque town of Krems. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel's staff was friendly and always eager to help. , the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was ideal, being walking distance from the town and its attractions, and also easy to find.

The room was not very well cleaned and had a stale smell. Another problem was that the walls were too thin, and we could hear everything that was said in the neighboring rooms.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the old town. The room was outstanding, spacious and felt like an apartment. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff were always smiling. Parking was limited, but we had no trouble finding a spot around the hotel.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever.
