The breakfast was a nice surprise, with a good variety of food and fresh fruits. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was convenient, with good access to public transportation and close to major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed.

The room had a strange smell when we first entered, but it eventually went away. The housekeeping service only made the beds and didn't change the sheets.

We had a lovely xmas stay with so many complimentary surprises like free Wi-Fi and breakfast. the hotel was conveniently located near the public transportation network, making it easy for us to explore the city. the friendly staff made us feel at home, and we particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of our room.

We did encounter a few downsides. the shower lacked curtains, which resulted in a dangerously wet floor, and the absence of carpet in the room made it quite chilly during winter.
