The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the historical center and many restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and arranging taxi pickups. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the beautiful villa, with a charming garden where I could relax after a day of exploring the city. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a personal note and a fruit basket in my room, a thoughtful gesture that made me feel welcome.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. There was some ongoing construction work both outside the building and inside, which meant that I was woken up early in the morning by noisy construction sounds.

The facilities at the hotel were great. They had bicycles available for guests to use, which made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast in the morning was delightful. the room interiors were well designed and the toilets were well maintained.

One of the main drawbacks was the location. It was not very close to the main attractions and the river, which made it a bit inconvenient for getting around.
